Rachel Greenland is a Communications major at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She has worked as a news reporter at her college newspaper. She interned with the video team at Newsweek.
My semester in NYC stretched me more than I knew I could be. My faith, reporting and confidence have grown significantly. I would not trade this experience for anything. I know I will look back on this semester for years to come as a key period that has shaped all aspects of my life
